Katie Rayle is a former Rockette and theatrical performer with 15 years of experience performing around the world. She holds a Bachelors of Performing Arts Degree in Dance from Oklahoma City University.
She holds several contemporary Pilates certifications as well as one classical Certification. She has owned and operated her Santa Monica studio largely seeing only Private clients since 2014. During the pandemic, Katie began to teach online classes. Her classes were attended by many of her friends whose Broadway theatres were closed down and her classes kept them moving.
This feedback led to Katie being called to travel with workshops, create an online class subscription, as well as create 2 custom travel products: The Half Moon Travel Kit and The Symmetry Band which are used in many of her classes. These easy to travel props are used strategically to release unwanted tension and re-educate fascial holding patterns for functional and optimal strength and stretch.
Strength, Stretch and Flow Class with Katie will be held on Wednesdays evenings:
Wednesdays: 5:45-6:45pm from June 17 to August 12 (no class on July 7 or July 15)

Strength, Stretch & Flow is a full-body movement and conditioning class for dancers of all disciplines and levels. Drawing from Pilates, dance conditioning, and functional movement principles, the class focuses on alignment, balance, mobility, breath, and whole-body coordination. Special attention is given to the articulation of the feet, hands, and torso, helping dancers move with greater expression, efficiency, and line. Support for the feet, joints, spine, and core helps build a more resilient body and a sustainable foundation for dance longevity.
