The Nutcracker 1994

Cover, Nutcracker 1994December 17 and 18,
Stuart Marsee Auditorium, El Camino College

December 3 and 4, Barnum Hall, Santa Monica

November 26 and 27, L.J. Williams Theater, Visalia

Selected Casting:
Melissa Barak or Angela Falivena as Sugarplum Fairy; Frank Martinez (guest artist) as Her Cavalier; Angela Falivena, Emily Leven or Daniella Thill as Center Spanish; Sarah Hinman, Emily Levin, Anne Carey or Daniella Thill as Arabian; Melissa Barak, Angela Falivena, Sarah Hinman or Angie Junck as Dew Drop Fairy

This was dubbed the “25th Anniversary” Nutcracker, although we now believe the first complete Westside Ballet Nutcracker was staged in 1973. Performances of Coppelia and Les Sylphides came even earlier, making 1994 the 25th Anniversary of the company, if not The Nutcracker.
